Mraud Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and the operator of Mraud, also searched for as Mr aud. Please read them carefully before opening an account or placing any wager. Last updated: 15.10.2026.
Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
By registering, depositing or playing at Mraud, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any rules published for specific games or promotions. Together they form a legally binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or any higher age required by the law of your Australian state or territory, and have full legal capacity to enter a contract.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful where you are located. We do not offer services in restricted territories, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands and any jurisdiction subject to international sanctions.
- Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate, shared or household accounts may be closed and any related winnings forfeited.
Registration, Account Security and Verification
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- As part of our anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations, we may request proof of identity, age, address, source of funds and location at any time.
- Verification may be required at registration, before a withdrawal, or when you reach certain transaction thresholds.
- We may withhold withdrawals, and restrict account functions, until verification is completed to our satisfaction.
- We may report suspicious activity to the competent authorities without notifying you.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless another currency is shown at the cashier. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or fees, for which we are not responsible.
- You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by method.
- Withdrawals are normally returned to the method used to deposit. Processing times depend on internal checks and the payment provider, and pending requests may be reviewed before release.
- Deposits that have not been wagered may be refused for withdrawal or subject to a fee where required by anti-money laundering rules.
- We may reverse any payment made in error.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
Each bonus is governed by these Terms and by its specific promotion rules. By claiming a bonus, you accept those conditions in full.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates; slots usually contribute 100%, while table and live games may contribute less or nothing.
- While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or round is shown in the promotion rules. Exceeding it may void the bonus and winnings.
- Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the stated period, and a maximum cashout may apply.
- We may void bonuses and winnings obtained through abuse, fraud, collusion, low-risk or opposite-bet strategies, or any other form of bonus exploitation.
Fair Play, Suspension and Dormant Accounts
You must play honestly and in person, for recreational purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- collusion with other players, fraud, or exploiting software errors;
- using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other prohibited software;
- operating multiple accounts or allowing others to use yours;
- chargeback abuse, including disputing legitimate deposits with your bank.
If we reasonably suspect a breach, we may suspend or close your account, cancel bets, withhold or confiscate funds, and recover any losses caused. Accounts with no login or wagering activity for twelve consecutive months are treated as dormant. We may apply a reasonable administration fee and, after reasonable attempts to contact you, close the account in line with applicable law.
Intellectual Property, Liability and Responsible Gambling
All content on Mraud, including software, trademarks, graphics and text, belongs to us or our licensed game providers and is protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use it for personal play only.
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, internet or device failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
We encourage responsible play. Tools such as deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion are described on our Responsible Gaming page. If gambling is causing you harm, please seek support from Gambling Help Online or a similar service.
Complaints, Governing Law and Amendments
If you have a complaint, contact our customer support with your account details and a full description of the issue. We will acknowledge it promptly and aim to provide a final response within a reasonable timeframe.
- If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the licensing authority named in our website footer or to an independent alternative dispute resolution body it recognises.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our gaming licence, and its courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
- We may amend these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. Material changes will be notified on our website or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
